This upcoming event will be the seventh installment of WPT Season 21, following the tournaments recently held in the United States. The first stop was at the Choctaw Casino & Resort in Durant, Oklahoma, followed by the thrilling WPT Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown in Southern Florida. Now, the excitement is set to cross the sea in Vietnam!
WPT Vietnam will make its grand appearance from May 16 to 29, 2023 at the Crown Poker Club. This amazing casino is one of the best casinos in the country. With such a huge event, the world’s top poker talents will come to test their skill and strategy. Get ready to immerse yourself in the atmosphere and witness the birth of legendary moments at the highly anticipated WPT Vietnam.
Exciting Details About the WPT Vietnam Schedule
As of now, another event in the WPT Prime Tour is taking place in Slovakia with a massive €1,100 buy-in for their no-limit hold ’em event. Over 100 participants have signed up for this tournament which will run from May 11 to May 15 with many of the players there expected to join the excitement in WPT Vietnam.
The excitement starts with the thrilling VND 8,800,000 WPT Opener, a small taste of what is to come. The minimum prize pool is estimated to be VND 2,000,000,000, something sure to get the participants excited for this event and everything else that is expected to happen.
There are dozens of events expected to take place, offering different prize pools, rewards, and gimmicks. This place WPT Vietnam perfect for all players regardless of their playstyle, budget, and appetite for risks. Probably the most important of these events is the WPT Vietnam Main Event which is offering about VND 25,000,000 for its prize pool. This will take place in the last two days of the tournament and offers not just an amazing prize pool, but also a trophy and the title of main event champion.
The excitement begins on May 25 with Day 1a, followed by Day 1b on May 26 to get everybody warmed up and eliminate most of the players. Those who are lucky enough to make it to the final table on May 29, will have a chance to win part of the VND 12,000,000,000 prize pool that will be handed out.
If that main event isn’t big enough for you, there are many events in WPT Vietnam that are offering big rewards for anyone involved. For high-rollers and risk-takers, the Billionaire Club High Stakes Challenge, the Megastack Single Day High Roller, and the 100M Super High Roller are just some of the events you can look forward to. With buy-in costs in the tens or even hundreds of millions, you can be sure that these events will offer even big prize pools.
